The software is the property of Gernot Unger and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The software is not sold, it is licensed. Evaluation: You may use this software for a evaluation period of 30 days. After this period it will cease to function unless you register. Formerly it was limited by the amount of assets to track, but with this limitation you won't see the full power of assettracker. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or try to crack the software in any form to upgrade this release to a registered-version. You may not use the script in a different environment without a valid license. Distribution: The evaluation ('unregistered') version of the Software, may be freely distributed on the net without providing a license-file only. Computermagazines or any other organisation, who distribute software in any form, are authorized to distribute it without any permissions, as long as they inform me via a short email (assettracker@udp.at). Support: There is no support included - Nevertheless I will try to help and support as fast and as much as I can. License: After you have purchased a license for AssetTracker and have received the file enabling the registered copy, the file must not be copied on more than one computer. You may access this copy through a network, provided that you have obtained an individual Software license for each workstation that will access AssetTracker through the network. You may also make copies of the Software as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any computer. |
